The new Solid Heart Model v.2.0 is a highly accurate model of a human heart created to be used within all major engineering applications for finite element analysis, product design, and visualization. This carefully crafted model is based on human CT and MRI scans, and accurately defines key anatomical features including heart-chamber volumes and wall thickness with clean and efficient geometry.
The new Solid Heart Model v.2.0 includes medically accurate details of the human heart such as: Papillary Muscles in each ventricle, the moderator band in the right ventricle, left and right A.V. valves with accurate cusps and individual Chordae Tendineae for each valve, Pulmonary and Aortic valves with three cusps each, and Coronary Arteries and Veins, as well as Pulmonary Arteries and Veins.
While the new Solid Heart Model v.2.0 is perfect for product design, engineering, and analysis, it is beutiful and clean enough for creating stunning visuals and renders.
"I have used several Zygote anatomic models in the creation of orthopaedic products. These models have become the basis for creation of complex geometric parts within SolidWorks. Animations that were once out of reach, because of budget, can now be done. These animations demonstrate new concepts, significantly reducing development cycle time. The models pay for themselves so quickly. Marketing people and surgeons I work with are unanimous in their appreciation of how much they help in the creation and selling of our implants and instruments."
