Neuron Constellation

In this image we see part of a constellation of neuron cells. Neurons are cells of the nervous system, with the vast majority found in the brain and spinal cord. Highly specialized to their very complex and not fully understood functions, these cells have a unique cell body (soma) and various branching structures of dendrites and axons.
